Wanted bulletin for J. Bush, alias Strauch, 1891

Wanted bulletin, with photograph, issued by R. W. McClaughry of the Chicago Police Dept., reads: "Look out for and arrest, for obtaining money by false pretenses, J. Bush, alias Strauch: a Polish Jew, 29 years old, 5 ft. 10 in. tall, weights 145 lbs; slim built, black hair, sallow complexion, dark brown eyes; long, thin, drooping black mustache, short side whiskers, Hebrew nose and features; speaks good German and English, but poor Polish and French; is well posted in Building and Loan Association matters."
