Broadside regarding the construction of the " Model of County Colleges of Industry". The construction of this college is part of a plan to relief the industrious poor, who cannot obtain employment, but are willing to work for a maintenance. Having declared the government that they have no money for the purpose, the only hope is to relay on public contributions (subscriptions and donations). Information about subscriptions is provided.
