Summary: Lease agreement in which Isaac Trout agrees to pay Ann H. Millar "fifty dollars for the hire of Lucinda". Trout agrees to provide Lucinda "two shirts, two summer dresses, one linsey dress or petticoat, two hard yarn stockings, two aprons, two hard strong shoes". Trout or his heirs agree to return Lucinda on the "25th day of December, 1838 with good blanket".
