An Improved Web Tool to Assess Recombination (Visiting Scholar)
We propose to design a web tool to assess recombination between genomes of infectious agents. We will develop this tool to identify recombinant forms of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), but it will be readily applicable to study the genomes of other infectious agents.
