I found a new way to make marvelous coffee by the pot, but using instant coffee. Not any instant. This one, Instant Maxwell House. It's now so much richer. It makes a really good pot of coffee. It's the only one that has this recipe. A heaping teaspoon for each cup, cold water to the proper level, then heat it almost to the boiling point and let it steep a few moments to bring out all its flavor. Try it. I promise you, you'll get compliments on your coffee.
