Until this day, I am suffering from this symptom, along with multiple neurological pains all over my body, as the handcuffs and restraints are still being used on me daily. And this is true. He's still, you know. Interviewer: Why would they still be used on him? - Oh, when they, at Guantanamo, anytime they're moved, they are handcuffed and restrained. In the courtroom, when he sits in the courtroom with us, he has a a leg restraint on at all times. Now they have two guards for each detainee standing right next to the table, but he is restrained at all times. When we meet with him, he is restrained. When they move them from, you know, wherever their cells are to the meeting rooms or to the courtroom, they are handcuffed and restrained. And, I think, there's some sensory deprivation as well.
