- (laughs) Welcome to Fiesta on my coffee plantation. I'm Simon Stone. It's an old tradition. First we harvest the coffee, then celebrate. But what we are really happy about this year isn't exactly old. It's brand new Horizon coffee. One of the richest coffees we've ever grown beans for. Its secret? Right between my two fingers.
